GARBAGE DISPOSALS – Please place hard vegetables and potato skins in trash.

FIREPLACE – Make sure glass doors are open when in use.

GARAGE DOOR OPENERS - A $50 fine will be charged for lost garage door openers. PLEASE LEAVE IN THE UNIT WHEN YOU DEPART.

PATIO CUSHIONS - Please use towels on chaise lounges to avoid stains from oils/lotions.

SECURITY - Make sure doors & windows are locked when you are away from the unit. Keep garage doors SHUT at all times.

VERTICAL BLINDS – Please turn the blinds to the open position before opening or closing.

TOILETS - Hold the handle down until the bowl empties on low-flow toilets to prevent a clogged toilet.

DAMAGE - Please report any damage to the unit or furnishings during your stay.

CLEANING - Please report any dissatisfaction with the cleanliness of the unit when you arrive. Allow us to make it right!

TRASH - please use trash bins at the end of the garage structure

RECYCLE - look for recycling bins at N Laguna & both S Laguna locations.

Resort Rules

There are 34 pools & 33 spas on the property. All are available for resident use.

Pool hours are 7:00 am to 10:00 pm

Glass is not allowed in the pool area.

Pets are not permitted in the pool area.

All dogs and cats must be on a non-retractable leash (60-inch length maximum) when outside.

No pets shall be left to roam outside without a leash.

All pet waste must be picked up and disposed of by the pet owner.

Gate transponders are available at the HOA office for $50 per device with a formal lease or with written confirmation from the homeowner or rental agency.

Returning tenants with existing transponders do not have to pay a renewal fee but will need to provide proof of tenancy for reactivation.

Bulky items can be picked up from outside a unit by contacting the HOA office to schedule.

Bulky items are not to be left at trash enclosures.

A discount card for the Mountain View Grille is available for tenants at the HOA office.

The fitness center is $10 per visit.

A 20-visit package is available for $100.

No walking or biking is allowed on the golf course or on golf cart paths.

No noise after 10:00 pm.
