Check-in and check-out procedures

CHECK-IN: 4:00 PM Check that all appliances, heat/air conditioning, hot water, TV, and WIFI are working correctly. If you have questions, please call us. Please let us know if you find any damage to the unit upon your arrival, we check, but we may miss something. We hope you're happy with it. Please bring the lockbox in until your check-out date.

CHECK-OUT: 10:00 AM Please turn off the lights & appliances. Please ensure that the unit is secure and that all windows & doors have been closed & locked. If there is a garage door remote, please make sure it is left in the unit where you found it when you arrived. You will be charged $50 for missing/lost garage door remotes.

Please remove all your trash to the bin at the end of the garage building. Please leave one key in the lockbox.
